This is a genuine AAM rear axle hub bearing and seal kit the has all the parts necessary to replace bearings and seals on both sides for a Dodge Ram 3500 dually from 2003-2018 with the AAM 11.5 rear differential. The inner bearing is a 45291/45220 the outer bearing is a LM104949/LM104911 (A38). These kits are the best as they have everything that you could possibly need to do the job.
