This is an aftermarket 5 pinion planetary for the Magna transfer case found in some 2007 and newer GM trucks. This is the larger diameter planetary used in XHD versions usually found in trucks with the Duramax Diesel engine. This is for use with the range hub that has 30 teeth (19260068).
