This is a genuine Dana/Spicer ABS tone ring for the S110 3rd member style rear differential found in many Ford F450 and F550 series trucks. Also S111 3rd member style rear differential found in many Ram 4500 and 5500 series trucks. This fits S110 with 4:30-4:88 ratios, and S111 with 4:44-4:88 ratios.
