This is a new aftermarket tail housing for the 241DHD transfer case found in many 1998-2002 Dodge Ram 2500 and 3500 series trucks. This housing has a machined opening for the speedometer gear. Original casting number was 26418. This housing includes a new bushing for the slip yoke and a rear seal.
