This is a genuine Dana/Spicer Gear set in a 4:56 ratio, for the Dana 70 rear axle found in some 1995-2010 Ford E350 vans. This kit includes both inner and outer pinion bearings (706060X & 706045X). pinion seal (50637), shim kit (703013), spacer kit (701064X), ring gear bolt kit (701056-1X), and shim kit (702014).
