This is a genuine Dana/Spicer loaded open differential for the Dana 70 rear axle found in many 2000-2010 Ford E350 series trucks. This differential has 35 spline axle gears and is for gear ratios 4:56 and lower. This kit includes both differential side bearings (706070X), differential shim kit (701144X), and a set of ring gear bolts (703030).
