This is a genuine Dana/Spicer axle seal for the left or driver’s side on a Dana 35 IFS 4X4 front axle in 1995-2001 Ford Explorer’s. The National number for this seal is 710429. The right side was part number 46066, but is no longer available from Dana. The National part number for the right side is 710428.
