This is a genuine Dana/Spicer ring and pinion in a 4:56 ratio, for a Dana 70 rear axle found in many GM, Ford, and Dodge trucks. This is a regular 4:56 gear to be used on 4:56 and numerically higher carriers. We also have a thick gear set available (2013538), to be used on a 4:10 and numerically lower carrier. The ring gear has a part number 34842 and the pinion is 40958. Tooth counts are 41 & 9. This kit includes a set of ring gear bolts, pinion nut, and a pinion preload spacer.
