This is a genuine Dana/Spicer ring and pinion for a Dana 80 in a 3:31 ratio. The tooth counts are 43 on the ring gear and 13 on the pinion. Pinion is a number 44272 and the ring gear is a 44273. This must be used on a 3:73 or faster (3:54) carrier. Be careful on later model Ford’s with 3:73’s, as they were actually a thin gear set on a 4:10 carrier.
