This is a ring & pinion gear set in a 3:07 ratio for the 8.25 rear axle found in some Dodge and Jeep applications. These were fairly common in later model Jeep Grand Cherokee’s. This gear set has 2 bolt patterns, a standard 3/8″ and a metric 10mm. We have sold and used many of these gears in Jeep applications, and they are good and quiet.
