This is a factory New Venture case that has been modified to work on both 271 (manual shift) and 273 (electric shift) Dodge transfer cases. It has the 3 threaded holes for the shift motor mounting as well as a threaded hole on top for the 4X4 indicator switch. Finally 1 part number to fit both applications. This case has both bearings already installed in it.
