This is a genuine Dana/Spicer Power Lock for a Dana 70 rear axle with 35 spline axles. This kit includes both differential side bearings and races (706047X), side shims, and a set of ring gear bolts. This fits a regular Dana 70 or Dana 70U rear axle. This does not fit the 70HD, which uses larger side bearings.
