This differential is a factory replacement for the E-Locker type front differential that was an option on Dodge 2500 and 3500 series trucks with the 9.25 AAM front axle found in 2003 and newer front differentials. This can also be retrofitted into trucks with an open front differential. This replaces AAM part number 40047279, but no longer includes the electric clutch (40160105 available separately). This is a genuine AAM part. Shipping is FREE in the continental U.S.
