This first gear fits all NV5600 Dodge diesel 6 speed transmissions. If you have an early (2001 & older) transmission you will have to use the updated lined synchronizer ring. There is a Dodge part number on the box for reference 05019907AA. This is an aftermarket part. We have used the same supplier for over 5 years without any issues.
