Th reverse gear fits all NV5600 Dodge diesel 6 speed transmissions. If you have an early transmission 2001 and earlier transmission you will have to update the lined synchronizer ring. There is a Dodge part number for reference 05019887AA. This is an aftermarket part, but we have used this same supplier for over 5 years without an issue.
