This is a genuine Dana/Spicer Trac-lok differential for the Dana 70 rear axle found in some 2005-2019 Ford E350 and #45 trucks. This is for trucks with 32 spline axles. Please be aware that some of these trucks had 35 spline axles. This replaces Dana part number 707277-1X. Here are some specifications from Dana’s website:
