This is a genuine Dana/Spicer shim kit for a Dana 80 rear differential. This includes pinion preload and depth shims, differential inboard bearing shims, pinion nut, and washer. This fits 1998 and newer Ford applications with the 4.375″ inner pinion bearing race.
