This is a genuine Dana/Spicer True Trac differential for the S110 or S111 rear axle found in some medium duty GM, Ford, and Dodge trucks. This has 34 spline axle gears. This can be used to add a limited slip differential to an open style 3rd member. This must be used with the latest version Dana gearing (example 514254 4:10 ratio), which is actually S130. This replaces Dana part number 504004.
