This is a replacement oil pump for the 261 or 263 XHD transfer cases found in GM 2500 and 3500 series trucks from 1999-2007. These were in trucks with the Duramax diesel or 8100 gas engines. These have 49 splines where they ride on the mainshaft. These will also work in the 261 and 263 HD transfer cases as long as the mainshaft is 49 spline.
