This is the middle synchronizer ring for a 261 or 263 GM transfer case. It is 1 of 3 parts that make up the synchronizer pack.

This 29 spline input shaft fits all 241 Dodge transfer cases including 241DLD and 241DHD with the fine tooth planetaries (1995 and newer). It is set up for the wide (BD50-8 or N5210KLB) bearing. We also have a 29 spline input for 241DHD only with the narrow input bearing (110L or 6010N) if you prefer. [...]

This mainshaft fits all GM 261 and 263 transfer cases except the XHD versions found behind the Allison automatic transmissions or ZF 6 speed manual transmissions in the 3/4 and 1 ton trucks. It comes with an updated snap ring for the synchronizer hub.
